
HEALTHY PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN WAFFLES
Ingredients
- 4 Egg whites or 140g of egg substitute
- Just less than 1⁄2 cup (100g) of pure pumpkin
- 3⁄4 Cup (60g) of oats
- 2 Scoops (60g) of Isopure's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp (15mL) of low calorie maple syrup
Instructions
- 1.Pour all ingredients into your blender
- 2.Blend until smooth
- 3.Pour half of your batter into waffle maker
- 4.Cook for around 3 minutes
- 5.Repeat
