Josue knew he needed accountability if he wanted to meet his fitness goals. In his youth he’d been very active, but the demands of running a business and having a family led to a more sedentary lifestyle. Now feeling tired and out of shape, he wanted a trainer to help him get back to his previous level of physicality.

I am located in Thornton, CO and serve clients throughout the entire Denver Metro area. For in person coaching, you decide where to meet and I travel to you.
