
This cookie recipe is a delicious, high-protein version of your traditional oatmeal raisin cookie. Easy and quick to make, whip these up for your holiday parties or a Sunday of watching football. They’re a healthier way to “cheat” on your diet. You can even take one or two on the go to help fill you up and hit that day’s protein goal.

Anabolic Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (5.3 oz) of oat flour
- ½ cup (1.8 oz) old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup (3.5 oz) vanilla casein protein powder
- 1 tablespoon (0.35 oz) Swerve Granular (or another sugar substitute)
- 1 tablespoon (0.35 oz) Swerve Brown Sugar (or another brown sugar substitute)
- 1 tablespoon (0.35 oz) ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon (0.14 oz) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon (0.18 oz) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon (0.21 oz) salt
- ⅓ cup (2.1 oz) raisins
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons (9.7 oz) non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon (0.18 oz) vanilla extract
- 4 large egg whites (4.9 oz)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- 3. In another mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- 4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients in three batches, stirring until you have a cookie dough consistency.
- 5. Gently fold in the raisins into the cookie dough until they are evenly distributed.
- 6. Form the dough into 8 cookie portions and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes.
- 8. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to set on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes.
- 9. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
