“I showed my wife the video of me doing a bench press, and she was impressed. I feel the difference in my strength, and she sees it.”

“In April of 2023, I ruptured my bicep at work. After two surgeries and 18 months of physical therapy, I met Baltazar, who has helped me exponentially gain strength. It’s only been a couple of months and I went from lifting 8 lbs with my right arm to 30 lbs. Not only has Baltazar helped me with my injury, but we have also been building up my whole body.”

Our Approach to Holistic Health & Nutrition
Our approach to personal fitness focuses on you as a whole-person, recognizing the importance of mental and physical health. To get the best results from personal training, we must first address:
Stress – High stress levels can lead to a range of health issues, including hormonal imbalances that interfere with appetite, metabolism, energy and libido.
Sleep -When properly rested, your body can more efficiently regulate energy levels, hormones, muscle formation and cell renewal.
Nutrition – Your body requires consistent, high-quality fuel to support physical activity, develop lean body tissue, and release fat stores.
Fitness – Cardiovascular exercise and strength training provide many physical and mental health benefits.

Baltazar knows what it takes to rise up and fight for your health. A personal battle with body dysmorphia led him down a self-destructive path of too much exercise, and not enough food. So he stopped prioritizing weight over wellness and pursued an education in fitness & nutrition. Now, Baltazar is dedicated to helping others take control of their health and develop new levels of self-confidence.

- Exercise Increases
Testosterone Levels. Testosterone promotes muscle growth, bone density and cognitive function. Men with low levels often struggle with fatigue, changes in libido, and/or depressive moods. - 24-Hour Hormone
Male testosterone levels are highest in the beginning of the day and start to gradually decrease in the late morning. By around 8pm, levels are at their lowest. - Exercise Type
Resistance workouts, like squats and bench presses, can spike Testosterone levels more effectively than cardiovascular exercises (i.e. running or biking). - Exercise Duration & Intensity
Alternating between periods of rest and intense activity helps your body balance hormones, including testosterone and human growth hormone (HGH).
