Baltazar knows what it takes to rise up and fight for your health. A personal battle with body dysmorphia led him down a self-destructive path of too much exercise, and not enough food. So he stopped prioritizing weight over wellness and pursued an education in fitness & nutrition. Now, Baltazar is dedicated to helping others take control of their health and develop new levels of self-confidence.

Most men begin to lose testosterone in their mid-30s. As a Certified Hormone Specialist, Baltazar knows how to optimize fitness plans that promote healthy testosterone levels.

  • Exercise Increases
    Testosterone Levels.  Testosterone promotes muscle growth, bone density and cognitive function. Men with low levels often struggle with fatigue, changes in libido, and/or depressive moods.
  • 24-Hour Hormone
    Male testosterone levels are highest in the beginning of the day and start to gradually decrease in the late morning. By around 8pm, levels are at their lowest.
  • Exercise Type
    Resistance workouts, like squats and bench presses, can spike Testosterone levels more effectively than cardiovascular exercises (i.e. running or biking).
  • Exercise Duration & Intensity
    Alternating between periods of rest and intense activity helps your body balance hormones, including testosterone and human growth hormone (HGH).

Cornelio was thin, but he knew he wasn’t in shape. Working as a mechanic for the past 20 years, he’d been dealing with lower back problems and felt his core was weak. He wanted to become stronger to address the pain he was experiencing and his overall fitness.
