Yaya was looking for a body transformation. She struggled with her weight for 5-6 years while going through a dark period in her life, and to address it, she underwent weight loss surgery. While it helped her drop a lot of weight, she still felt self-conscious in her body. She wanted to be more fit, be stronger, and rebuild her confidence.

Yaya had worked with other trainers, but their help didn’t lead to sustainable results. Then her brother introduced her to Baltazar.

At first she was nervous to work with Baltazar, especially when he told her they wouldn’t be doing much cardio – most of their training would revolve around strength training and weights. “I thought there was no way I could do this,” Yaya says when she thinks back to her first consultation with Baltazar. She also didn’t know if she would click with Baltazar, either. But after just two sessions, she realized how comfortable he was to work with.

After 4 months of working with Baltazar, she is seeing great results. She has so far lost another 20 pounds, a couple inches off her waist, and she feels a lot stronger. Her family and friends frequently compliment her on her body transformation.

Yaya also says training with Baltazar has helped her mood; she’s had no anxiety for the past 3 months.
